The online Master of Public Health curriculum combines a bedrock foundation in the core principles of public health with the option to choose one of many distinct concentrations in Applied Epidemiology, Climate Change & Health, Global Health, Health Services Administration and Health Behavior Health Promotion. Our concentrations reflect the disciplines most vital to public health professionals’ success and satisfy our students’ varied interests.

Online MPH Admission Requirements

The following materials are required for admission to the online MPH program

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA
  • Coursework required:
    • One course in college-level introductory, human or general biology with a grade of C or higher
    • One course in college algebra, precalculus, or calculus with a grade of C or higher
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Resume or CV
  • Statement of purpose and objectives
  • Mission and values statement
  • Resilience Statement (optional)
  • Health Services Administration – Students applying to the Health Service Administration concentration who have any work experience in public health can strengthen their application with a description of that experience
  • TOEFL or IELTS scores for international applicants

As of Summer 2023, GRE/MCAT scores are no longer a requirement for the Online MPH program.
